What are your business hours?Inventive Intellect operates: Tuesday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM Saturday 10:00AM-1:00PM Closed for lunch 1-2pm. Closed Mondays, Sundays & All Holidays. All orders must be collected within business hours. This is a strict policy - No exceptions.

Do you deliver?For your convenience, we are happy to say we do offer delivery services! Delivery is available Saturday ONLY from 3:00PM until 5:00PM. Delivery fees range from between $5.00-$10.00

Do you ship?Yes, we do ship to family islands via Boat or Plane depending on the client's request. Orders must be paid for in full before being sent out. Shipping fee is $30 and includes packaging the items for shipping/delivery and time.

What's your pricing on pillows? Available Pillow sizes? Can I bring my own pillow?Our pillows start at $30. We can provide you with an invoice once information is provided for the requested pillow order. We sew our pillows therefore we provide various sizes depending on your request. Our two best sellers are 16 x 16 and 22 x 22. Unfortunately, you cannot provide your own pillow.

What's the turnaround time on other items?All of our customized items have a 2-3 business days turnaround time. Holidays & special dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence, Teacher's Appreciation, Christmas, etc have a turnaround time of 3 or more business days. We provide a pick-up date/time based on expectation to be completed. However, understandably we may reschedule time or date based on workload. Prints are same day or next day turnaround time depending on the time the order was placed.

Can I provide my own phone case?Unfortunately, you cannot provide your own phone case.

Do I have to bring physical photos in for them to be printed?No, you don't. Photos can be sent via email, whatsapp or messenger. Whichever is more feasible for you. We do recommend emailing photos for a better quality.

How can I make a payment?We do accept VISA payments. Cheques are NOT accepted unless it's from a reputable company. We do not collect payments. Your payment can be made through various options that can be sent to you upon request or found in our Whatsapp catalog. Once payment is made please send screenshot of payment and we will advise of pick-up date.

Where are you located?We are currently based in Nassau, Bahamas on Cowpen Road West in the Bettidel's Plaza.

How do I place an order and what's the process?Your order isn't processed until a non-refundable half deposit has been made. You can make your deposit in cash or your payment can be made through various options that can be sent to you upon request or found in our Whatsapp business catalog.

Can you cancel an order once any form of payment has been made?You are allowed to cancel the order once any work hasn't begun. However, we do NOT offer refunds. CREDIT ONLY.

What's the pricing for T-shirts?Because every order is customized differently by clients, we are more than happy to provide you with an invoice once the style, color, amount and design is given to us.
