Payment
-All orders must receive a 50% deposit or FULL payment on order total.
-Before playing funds on our account please confirm with us that the requested items are still available.
Revisions
-Making additional changes or adding items to your order after it has been finalized will result in a new pick up date.
-After work has been approved in-house and requested changes are made, customer will be charged accordingly

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Customized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt. We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us). Please review your customization information before submitting your order. Be sure to check the spelling, dates and names carefully!
Product Storage
Items will be discarded after 14 business days if not collected or reason not communicated.
We are not responsible for orders not collected at given time and date.
File Format Requirements
PNG format with NO Background
ONLY with Transparent Background
DO NOT send in files in: JPEG, AI, EPS, PSD or PDF format
Please note that white areas around the design will print if they're not removed.
We will NOT ADJUST: size, layout, quality or target PANTONE colors.
Do NOT MIRROR your designs.
Artwork will not be CLEANED or ADJUSTED, files will be printed as submitted.
Check your ARTWORK size & quality before submitting
