2. Services

We provide a range of printing services including [describe services, e.g., custom prints, business cards, banners]. All services are subject to availability and our specific service policies.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfer, cheques (varies), cash, debit/credit card.

• Pricing: Prices are as listed on our website or in-store. 

• Refunds and Cancellations: No refunds, unless product has a manufacturing error or defect. Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

4. Order Processing

• Placement: Orders can be placed online through our website or in-store.

• Changes: Orders can be modified or canceled once any work hasn't begun

• Fulfillment: Orders will be processed and completed within 3 business days from the order date [Holidays may vary].

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Designs: Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and content.

• Accuracy: Ensure all information provided is correct.

• 6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Custom designs and content created for you remain the property of the customer once paid for in FULL and handed off.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• Limitation of Liability:  Please review your customization information before submitting your order. Be sure to check the spelling, dates and names carefully! We are not responsible for any errors or mistakes made by the client once design information is sent to us.

• Disclaimers: All of our items are handmade. We assure 100% quality in our items, items are likely to show wear and tear after constant use. Due to nature of customized items. There are no refunds or exchanges. If there is an error on Inventive Intellect's behalf it would be corrected.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Data Collection: We collect and use customer information as described in our Privacy Policy. 

• Data Security: We implement measures to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nassau, Bahamas.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
