Image should be printed in reverse and applied with heat transfer tape. The suggested Temp & Time is 180-190°C / 356-374° F, 60-80 seconds, medium pressure. 

Customization: If choosing to customize please note up only up to 5 photo(s) and 3 lines of wording can be added per side Other silhouettes and smaller designs can be added I.E: Butterflies, stars, sunflowers etc..

We do customize this item on both sides.  

Sending Photos: Photo(s) can be sent to the WhatsApp (242) 821-9457 or inventiveintellect@gmail.com along with order number and name. Please send HIGH resolution images-  meaning the photo(s) should be free of any markings, obstructions, poor quality or pixilation. We do not recommend Snapchat photos however, it is still accepted. We will not make any adjustments to photos sent unless requested by client. Requested adjustments will incur a $5 fee added to grand total. 

Production time: This item takes 2-3 business days after deposit or full payment has been made. Please note that the final turn around date of your order may vary based on the amount and details requested for the order. To ensure timely processing, kindly place your order at least five business days in advance of the required date.

Changes after order is made: We understand things happen/change. If it is so that a change is needed on the order please let Inventive Intellect know as soon as possible and please note that this may result in a new pickup date. 

A glimpse at your custom item: You can visit our instagram to see items we’ve done before, you can send a photo of inspiration or we can send a mockup of the design before printing (if a mock up is required please allow two additional business days from required date to allow changes to be made and finalized) please note only two revisions will be made then after will require a $10 fee as we do not charge to design. You are welcomed to send in your own design. (Mockup will be sent when design is completed within 48 hours after payment has been made)
