Cancellation Policy
📌 1-on-1 Sublimation Training Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in my 1-on-1 sublimation training sessions! Please read the following policy before booking: 📅 Booking & Payment: • All sessions must be booked at least 4 days in advance. • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your spot. • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the class. • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. ⏱️ Rescheduling & Cancellations: • You may reschedule your session once, with at least 48 hours’ notice, based on availability. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. • No-shows will forfeit the full amount paid. 🕘 Punctuality: • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled without a refund. 📍 Location: • Classes are held at Bettidel's Plaza, Cowpen Road West. (Travel with a Jacket because it can get cold in the store) • Virtual options may be available upon request. 📚 What’s Included: • Hands-on training with equipment • Access to sample materials • Workbook or digital guide • Q&A session and business insights By booking a class, you agree to the terms of this policy.
